By accessing our website, placing orders, or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
Rejumist™ is committed to delivering thoughtfully crafted tea experiences inspired by nature, wellness traditions, and responsible sourcing.
All prices displayed on our website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable 5% GST unless otherwise stated.
Prices, offers, product availability, and promotional discounts may be modified or withdrawn without prior notice.
Orders placed through our website are subject to product availability and successful payment confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order in circumstances including product unavailability, pricing or technical errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or other legitimate operational reasons.
Customers will receive applicable order-related communication through the contact information provided at the time of purchase.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateway providers. Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment and billing information.
We do not directly store complete debit card, credit card, UPI, or banking details on our servers.
We provide free shipping on orders above ₹500, unless otherwise stated.
Standard delivery is generally expected within 5–7 business days, subject to the delivery location, courier availability, weather conditions, operational circumstances, and other factors beyond our reasonable control.
Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact information.
Rejumist™ products may be returned only in accordance with our applicable return conditions.
Unopened products may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery. Products that have been opened, used, damaged, or altered after delivery may not qualify for return, except where required by applicable law.
Customers should contact us promptly with their order details and relevant information regarding the return request.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days after the return or refund request has been verified and approved.
The actual time required for the refund to reflect in the customer's account may also depend on the applicable payment gateway or banking institution.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, prices, and other information displayed on the website are accurate and current.
However, minor variations in product appearance, packaging, colour, or presentation may occur and shall not necessarily constitute a defect.
These Affiliate Program Terms govern participation in the Rejumist™ Affiliate Program, operated by Ind-Petrichor Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By joining or participating in the Affiliate Program, the Affiliate agrees to comply with these Terms and the applicable Strategic Affiliate & Influencer Collaboration MOU.
Participation in the Rejumist™ Affiliate Program is subject to approval by the Company. The Company reserves the right to accept, reject, suspend, or discontinue an Affiliate's participation at its discretion.
Approved Affiliates may receive a unique affiliate link for promoting Rejumist™ products. Eligible purchases made through the assigned affiliate link may be attributed to the respective Affiliate.
A purchase made within 30 days from the customer's first click through the Affiliate's assigned link may qualify for attribution to that Affiliate, subject to these Terms.
Where a customer purchases through another Affiliate's link, attribution shall be assigned according to the Company's applicable tracking and attribution records.
For eligible purchases successfully attributed to an Affiliate, the Affiliate shall receive a commission of 10% of the amount actually received by the Company from the applicable purchase.
No commission shall be payable on purchases that are cancelled, refunded, returned, reversed, or otherwise determined to be ineligible under these Terms.
The Company may provide an Affiliate with a special discount coupon exclusively for purchasing Rejumist™ products for personal use, product experience, demonstrations, or creation of promotional content.
Purchases made by an Affiliate using such an Affiliate-only coupon shall not qualify for the 10% Affiliate commission , irrespective of whether the purchase is made through an Affiliate link or the Company's official website.
The Company reserves the right to revise, suspend, or withdraw any Affiliate-only coupon at any time.
The Affiliate Program does not provide upfront participation fees or free product samples. Affiliates may purchase products through their assigned Affiliate link or the Company's official website using an applicable Company-issued discount coupon.
Affiliates may create promotional materials including Reels, images, videos, Stories, reviews, or other marketing content relating to Rejumist™.
All promotional materials must be submitted to the Company for approval before publication.
Promotional materials should accurately represent the products and should follow the Company's brand identity, theme, vision, and promotional guidelines.
Content may be submitted through the Company's designated WhatsApp contact or other communication channel notified by the Company.
Promotional materials approved by the Company shall become the perpetual intellectual property of the Company, subject to the terms agreed under the applicable Strategic Affiliate & Influencer Collaboration MOU.
The Company may use, reproduce, adapt, publish, distribute, or otherwise utilize such approved promotional materials for its business and marketing purposes.
If an order associated with an Affiliate is returned, refunded, cancelled, reversed, or otherwise becomes ineligible, the related commission may be cancelled, withheld, or adjusted accordingly.
The Company may make corresponding adjustments to future or pending commission payouts where necessary.
Eligible commissions shall be subject to a 7-day holding period to allow for applicable cancellations, returns, refunds, or order adjustments.
Commission payouts are scheduled every Saturday before 10:00 PM, together with an applicable transaction or commission report.
The Company may withhold or adjust commissions where an order or transaction remains subject to verification or adjustment.
Affiliates are expected to promote Rejumist™ honestly, responsibly, and in accordance with the Company's approved promotional guidelines.
Affiliates shall not make misleading, false, exaggerated, or unauthorized claims about Rejumist™ products or the Company.
Affiliates shall not modify, misuse, or misrepresent the Company's branding, promotional materials, affiliate links, or discount coupons.
The Company reserves the right to revise, suspend, withdraw, or discontinue any Affiliate link, coupon, commission arrangement, or Affiliate participation at any time.
The Company may also discontinue an Affiliate relationship where it considers such action necessary or appropriate.
The Company may provide Affiliates with activity updates, commission information, transaction reports, or other relevant communications relating to their participation in the Affiliate Program.
These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of India.
Any dispute arising in connection with the Affiliate Program or these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Satara, Maharashtra, India, as agreed under the applicable MOU.
By completing the Affiliate registration/application process, signing or submitting the applicable Strategic Affiliate & Influencer Collaboration MOU, accepting an Affiliate link, or participating in the Rejumist™ Affiliate Program, the Affiliate acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Affiliate Program Terms.
All website content including logos, branding, product descriptions, images, graphics, designs, and written materials are the intellectual property of Ind-Petrichor Pvt. Ltd. unless otherwise stated.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, modification, or misuse of such content is prohibited without prior written permission from the Company.
Information shared on this website, product packaging, blogs, social media, or promotional material is intended for general wellness and educational purposes only.
Our teas are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Customers should consult qualified healthcare professionals before using herbal products, especially during pregnancy, medical treatment, or existing health conditions.
